Booking terms.

  1. Deposit payment is accepted via PayPal or Credit Card while the final payment can be done also by cash.
  2. Tours can be CANCELLED from customer with full refund up to 4 days prior the departure time.
  3. Only during the current Covid-19 emergency full refund cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior departure time.
  4. LUCAfromITALY Tour Operator reserves the right of cancelling tours for any reason offering an alternative date however the customer has the right to claim instead reimbursement of the sum paid.  If the cancellation is due to force majeure (such as adverse weather, strike, road conditions) or other factors outside of LUCAfromITALY Tour Operator control the right of full reimbursement for the customer is valid up to 24 hours prior departure time.
  5. For the same reasons above mentioned LUCAfromITALY Tour Operator could decide to modify the itinerary in the course of the tours and is not responsible for any extra necessary expenses. Really adverse weather condition would make iimpossible a good result of some tours so in this case LUCAfromITALY Tour Operator reserves the right of cancelling it applying the same conditions of the force majeure case.

Best trip I’ve ever had in Italy! My fiancé found Luca in TripAdvisor and we figured out day to join the tour. Luca is very professional, humorous and friendly. He showed us the best of Como and told us about the history there throughout our journey. And best, he has awesome driving skill. You’d feel super comfortable in his car and we enjoyed our conversations too. LUCA is the best!

I see why Luca is #1. Our private trip was spectacular. Communication before, during and after was perfect. The tour itself was not rushed and the information provided was spot on and endless. Every stop from Varenna to Valtellina has not only a purpose, but showed us "real" Italian living in this spectacular valley filled with vineyards, castles, agriculture, monastery, & small towns.
